We ALWAYS recommend a Deep Cleaning for the first visit in order to get your home prepared for ongoing maintenance.
Deep Cleaning adds on extra time and additional checklist items, including outside of cabinets, baseboards, light switches, door frames, and extra time for the tub/shower(s)
Heavy Duty cleaning is for those homes that need more than a deep bathroom disinfection.
Move-in/Move-out cleanings include a full deep cleaning of the residence, as well as the inside of cabinets, fridge, oven, and drawers. The home needs to be empty of furniture and trash
**We do NOT provide Post Construction Cleanings**
